Office Land Ltd. holds out no promises or warranties with regards to the advertised prices of any products sold on this site or otherwise by Office Land Ltd.. All product prices are subject to change, and only become final once payment is made by the consumer.

17) Return Policy

Office Land Ltd.’s return policy for this site and otherwise is as follows:

Office Land strives to make our clients' journey as smooth as possible right from the moment of purchasing the product to receiving and installing it. In spite of all efforts and diligence, sometimes in an unlikely and unfortunate event something might go wrong and you may wish to return the product. What is your policy on returns? We will be happy to assist you with the process. We do not accept:

-Returns or exchanges after 24hours. Returns can be done on the same day only.

Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.

Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.

Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair the defective error.

Products you wish to change for a different colour or size.

Office Land Ltd. shall not be responsible for retaining a copy of any transactions records with regards to any particular or specific transactions. This responsibility for purposes of any and all returns shall be borne by the cardholder. The cardholder is expected and required to retain a copy of transaction records and third party merchant provider policies and rules.

18) Delivery

Title to and risk of loss of the Goods will pass to the Buyer upon such delivery by the Seller. The Goods are being sold “as is,” and Office Land Ltd. disclaims all warranties of quality, whether express or implied, including the warranties of interchangeability and fitness for particular purpose. Any damage caused by a breach of this warranty by the user/purchaser shall be void any right to return the product, and the responsibility, together with any claims or suits will be borne by the user/purchaser. Such authorisation can only be obtained by the written approval by a majority shareholder, his/her valid attorney-in-fact, or a director and/or officer of the company.All refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.

20) Sever ability

If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, that shall not invalidate any further provisions to these terms and conditions herein. The remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

21) Headings and Titles

Headings & section titles in this Agreement are for convenience purposes only and do not define, limit, or extend any provision of this Agreement.

22) No Commercial Use

Such prior written consent may only be obtained by a majority shareholder, his/her valid attorney-in-fact, or a director and/or officer of the company.
