Stamps

Stamps speed up repetitive marking and give documents an official, consistent finish, covering self-inking stamps, traditional rubber stamps with separate ink pads, date and numbering stamps, and common message stamps such as PAID, RECEIVED and CONFIRMED. The main choice is between self-inking stamps, which are fast and clean for high-volume counter and registry use, and hand stamps with a pad, which suit occasional use and larger or custom impressions. Consider how many impressions you make daily, whether you need an adjustable date or sequential numbering, and the ink colour your procedures require. A vital practical point is the supply of replacement ink and pads, since a stamp that runs dry is useless until refilled, so matching refills must be available. In Nigerian offices, banks, schools and government registries that stamp documents constantly, durability of the mechanism and a steady supply of ink are what keep counters moving. OfficeLand stocks self-inking and traditional stamps along with the ink and pads to keep them running, and supplies institutional and tender orders.
