Printing Paper

Printing paper is the single most-ordered item in most offices, so choosing the right stock keeps your documents sharp and your machines trouble-free. This is the home of everyday A4 copy paper and A3 printing paper for laser printers, inkjets and office copiers, the plain white sheets behind letters, reports, invoices and handouts. Weight is the first decision: 70gsm to 75gsm is economical for high-volume internal printing and photocopying, while 80gsm feels more substantial and is the usual choice for letterheads, client-facing documents and double-sided work where you want less show-through. Brightness affects how crisp text and colour appear, with brighter sheets giving cleaner contrast for presentations and scanned records. For dependable copier and printer performance, look for smooth, well-cut sheets with low moisture content, since paper that has absorbed Lagos humidity is the usual cause of jams and misfeeds, so keep reams wrapped and stored off the floor in a cool, dry place. Buy by the ream for a single desk or by the box of several reams to keep a department or print room supplied. OfficeLand stocks A4 copy paper in Nigeria in trusted brands including Double A and Hammermill, supplying offices, schools and government nationwide from Victoria Island.
